Dr. Jayson Milner, the owner of Brickell Chiropractic & Wellness, knew he wanted to be a chiropractor from an early age. After he sustained a football injury in his teens, he sought out help from doctors. After receiving Chiropractic care for his injury, he was inspired to pursue a career in Chiropractic.
He grew up in Puerto Rico where he graduated high school. He then attended the University of Florida where he majored in Exercise and Sports Science with an emphasis in Fitness and Wellness. He later went on to attend National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, IL where he attained his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree.
Dr. Milner has been a licensed chiropractor in Florida for the past 11 years. In 2012, he opened in Brickell, with the intent to have his practice serve as many people as possible. When he is not working, Dr. Milner enjoys staying active with sports, spending time with friends and family, traveling, and going to various seminars to expand his professional knowledge.
Dr. Gus Geiger
Dr. Geiger is the clinic director at Brickell Chiropractic & Wellness. Dr. Gus Geiger has practiced chiropractic in the South Florida Area since 1997. He is a graduate of Morehouse College with a major in Psychology and a minor in Biology. He became interested in Chiropractic while working in mental health with the intent of pursuing a career as a Psychologist. He was introduced to Chiropractic by co-workers who were working at the Hospital while they attended Chiropractic college. After realizing many limitations associated with the mental health arena and with the encouragement of coworkers he began to research the Chiropractic profession for approximately one year. He found the concept of natural health through Chiropractic care very intriguing. He consequently enrolled at Life University College of Chiropractic completing his studies in 1991. After graduation he became a Clinical Instructor at Life University for two years after which he decided to come practice in South Florida.
His focus today is on promoting the benefits of Chiropractic Wellness Care to the community and the treatment of acute injuries and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Geiger believes in a functional approach to both spinal and extremity care. He is experienced with extensive knowledge in the care of soft tissue and repetitive strain injuries. He strongly believes in an integrated approach to health care that combines the effectiveness of several disciplines to provide a more comprehensive approach to health care which better serves the patients needs.
When he is away from work he is an active member at his local Church and looks forward to doing mission trips soon with his wife Crucita and daughter Emily.
